The first thing to say is the wonderful person that helped me was Vytautas, He had the most amazing patience with me. He actually helped me and fixed all the problems that I had with my site, he didn't just give me an article to fix it myself which end up making it worse like all the others people I've talked to. This man needs a pay raise! seriously! amazing customer service from him and I thank you again! Then, in the end, he showed me everything exactly what he did to help me in the future and again nobody had done that before! Thank you!

Unfortunately I fell for the fake online reviews and low priced shared hosting fees. If I could of given Zero (0) stars I would of done so.
This is the worst Hosting Service I ever used. My two websites are terribly slow. Even a newly installed Wordpress site with absolutely nothing is slow. It takes over ten seconds for my websites to load. They put me on a different server and I saw a slight improvement. After 1 day my websites were back to snail pace. Mind you my 2 websites are in developments and have absolute no traffic.
Everyday something is wrong. There are always Time Out 522 Errors etc.
The Support is also absolute rubbish. You never ever get support under 30 minutes. Sometimes you wait more than an hour for someone to respond on their live chat message. Then some of their workers are not really that helpful. They will send you a response like if you are a computer techie. Now if I was a computer specialist would I need assistance? Hardly, I would know how to manipulate php files etc.
Also they don't use cPanel. If you are accustom with cPanel you will find their customized Hpanel a bit cumbersome and weird.
I paid for a whole year and I am in 2 months already and ready to move on. I really do not plan to stay the year with them. Especially if I want to see my websites grow. I guess I will have to count my money lost.
I would advise anyone Do NOT and I stress DO NOT use Hostinger if you are serious about growing your online blog/website. If it is just for a hobby, then Hostinger will do. But they will not do for a serious business. You have been warned. I wish I knew the truth before I signed up with them.

Support is slow but its fantastic. The documentation they hold always takes me to a solution.
People I've talked to asking for help have always been very friendly.
One time they accidentally deleted all my account information but they brought everything back again and their manager wrote me a sorry letter. I got some perks for this mistake. I must understand we're all humans and commit mistakes but its how you solve them that bring a better customer experience.

Hostinger customer support is the best ! In just one conversation, Rytis solved all my problems. Even if the issues were majors are others were minor, at the end all my issues were resolved ! Great responsive, professional team ! keep it up !

If you want your website to function properly without any crashes don't go to them.
